Product construction
Every product is hand built to order by our in-house team, we pride ourselves in manufacturing products to the highest standard as well as delivering 100% customer satisfaction. CAB works with every client from the initial design ideas right through to the manufactured product providing a full bespoke service.
Main construction
Aluminium key locking doors with stainless-steel mesh insert. Full length stainless-steel hinges to add rigidity and strength to the box. Boxes made from 6mm polypropylene, making them easy to clean and rot/rust proof.
Ventilation
Ventilation apertures added to the sides and rear (omitted if required) to allow good air flow through the boxes. This mesh along with the mesh insert in the doors help keep the dogs comfortable.
Outdoor boxes
Ask about our outdoor boxes, ideal for open back Pick-up trucks, trailers and ATV's. These boxes come with no side and rear ventilation apertures and also removable door covers to help keep the dogs protected from the harshest of weather. A peak is added over the door and the roof of the box is tapered to keep the rain away from the doors.
Cleaning
All seams on our boxes are water tight, so a 40mm drain plug is fitted to ease water removal when washing out the box.
