Cargo 2-V Double Drawer Storage System for Vans

The Cargo 2-V Double Drawer Storage System is a practical, secure and space-efficient storage solution designed for vans, providing two large, enclosed drawers for storing tools, work equipment, recovery gear, country sports equipment, dog training accessories and other items that need to remain organised and easy to access.

Designed to fit between the wheel arches of the van, the Cargo 2-V makes effective use of the available load space while providing secure and organised equipment storage.

The standard Cargo 2-V can be manufactured up to 1200mm wide, making it suitable for smaller vans such as the Volkswagen Caddy. A wider version is available for larger vans, such as the Ford Transit Custom, with widths up to 1350mm.

The drawer unit can also be manufactured in different heights to suit your storage requirements and the available rear door opening height of your vehicle.

Designed to Fit Between the Wheel Arches

The Cargo 2-V is designed to sit neatly between the wheel arches of a van, making efficient use of the available load space.

The standard configuration can be manufactured up to 1200mm wide, making it suitable for smaller vans such as the Volkswagen Caddy.

For larger vans, including the Ford Transit Custom, the drawer system can be manufactured up to 1350mm wide, providing additional storage capacity where vehicle dimensions allow.

The drawer unit is available in a range of height options and can be manufactured to make effective use of the available space beneath the van’s rear door opening.

Double Drawer Storage System

The Cargo 2-V incorporates our double drawer storage system, providing two large, full-length enclosed drawers for carrying tools, work equipment, recovery gear, country sports equipment, dog training accessories and other items that need to remain organised and easy to access.

The drawers are designed to use as much of the available space between the wheel arches as possible, helping maximise practical storage capacity while keeping equipment securely enclosed.

Each drawer operates using our Air Glide system, providing smooth operation without conventional greased metal drawer runners.

The Air Glide system helps reduce the problems associated with traditional runners, which can attract dirt, grit, dog hair and mud during regular use.

Each drawer liner is fitted with a lockable stainless-steel catch and includes a removable 3mm rubber mat, providing a practical and easy-to-clean storage area.

Twist-Release Removable Drawer Liners

Each drawer liner incorporates our twist-release stop system, allowing the drawer liner to remain securely retained during normal use while still being easy to remove when cleaning or maintenance is required.

During everyday operation, the stop prevents the drawer liner from being accidentally removed, even when the drawer is fully extended.

When the liner needs to be removed, simply rotate the stop through 90 degrees to release it from the main drawer unit.

The liner can then be removed completely for easier cleaning or maintenance.

Once the liner has been refitted, the stop is rotated back into position to secure the drawer again.

This provides a simple, secure and completely tool-free method of removing the drawer liners.
